At Alexandra Tool Hire Ltd, we provide high-quality equipment and service to our customers, thanks to our skilled and dedicated plant engineers. I have been working as a plant engineer for over three years, and I have contributed to increasing the revenue, efficiency, and safety of our plant operations. My role involves maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the machinery, tools, and vehicles that we hire out, as well as conducting inspections, audits, and quality checks. I also work closely with the sales team to understand the customer needs, offer technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction. I apply my sales skills, which I developed during my time at St Andrew the Apostle Greek Orthodox School, to communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and build relationships. I am passionate about engineering and sales, and I enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and delivering excellent results. I am always looking for opportunities to improve our processes, products, and performance, and to grow professionally and personally.
