As part of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team, leading the Market Access function across a broad and diverse region that included Japan, China, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia and India with the goal of driving the growth of the region through successful commercialization, market entry and expanded access to Janssen's medicines. Key responsibilities included active input and influence into the design of global clinical trials and evidence generation plans, collaboration with local teams on market access strategies, negotiation and approval of pricing that reflects the value of the medicine in different healthcare settings, and engagement in shaping healthcare policies to address access issues in established and emerging healthcare systems

Contributing to the company’s overall strategic direction and decision-making process as a member of the Janssen Leadership Team (JLT). Leading a cross-sector pharmaceuticals and medical devices integrated market access team of ~40 individuals covering regulatory affairs, health economics and pricing, real world evidence, new product commercialisation and government affairs and policy with the goal of ensuring growth of the business through timely access to medicines and medical devices in Australia.
