I had the opportunity to serve as a line cook and barback at two golf courses during the summer. My day-to-day tasks were dealing with cooking, serving, cleaning up as well as customer service. With my barbacking duties, I made sure the bartenders had all supplies and were stocked for their shifts. Also working with supply companies with handling deliveries.
