End to end responsibility of direction, strategy and execution of a high growth, innovative SaaS product disrupting the Contact Center software industry. Technologies I work with include VOIP, AI voice-based transcription models, CRM integrations, sales and marketing workflow automations, omnichannel drip campaigns, telecommunication compliance adherence, inbound support IVR, telephony routing settings, soft phone and dialer solutions, AI-based conversational SMS chatbots, mobile apps, social media management and voice of customer analytics. Day to day, I manage the following teams: Product Managers, Software Quality Assurance, Technical Writing and Documentation, and UI/UX Design. I spend the bulk of my time mentoring and enabling each team to best ensure the highest quality, most customer-centric product possible.I report directly to the founder of a pre-series A startup with triple digit annual growth year over year. We're changing how small businesses communicate with their customers and prospects. As a Product Management leader, I execute our strategy & roadmap for our young SaaS startup while coaching and mentoring a small team of product managers.
