o Directing Human Resources programs and processes related to recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy interpretation and implementation, and performance management and providing excellent internal and external customer service. o Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and local laws.o Provide legally appropriate solutions to sensitive employee relations and management issues, including advice and counsel, investigations, corrective action conflict resolution in compliance with Federal, Multi State and local laws, policies and procedures. o Maintaining Workers Compensation/OSHA requirements with Broker, Carrier, and Associates per required regulations.o Management of benefit administration by working with insurance broker to negotiate, implement and maintain benefit programs such as Medical, Dental, Basic and Voluntary life, Long Term Disability, supplemental insurance, cafeteria 125 plans, Leave of Absence, Unemployment offered by Company. In addition responsible for processing monthly benefit billings, recording benefit journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts related to benefits.o Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing the human resources department and benefit budgets for stores and corporate offices.o Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel related matters relating both to the conduct of company business and personal information provided by associates.o Supervise Payroll Processing
