I also assisted the programme manager across a portfolio of other projects for the customer.- Mechanical Development: Production support engineer as part of Ricardo's ongoing engine supply contract with McLaren Automotive Ltd. Responsible for tasks including ongoing product development and validation, quality control and assurance, issue investigation and resolution, manufacturing process development and supplier quality assurance.- Engines Product Group: Actively involved across the department assisting with business development/proposal writing, R&D planning and project delivery.- Base Engine Design: Completed numerous small projects including concept design, packaging and layout checks and engine and component benchmarking. Completed a high value outsourcing project of a legacy product into the supply chain, taking the project from bid analysis stage to raising of initial purchase orders.

Acted as a buyer within the sourcing department with responsibility for raising, amending and expediting purchase orders. Also worked with specialists within the company to develop measures and reports against which the department's performance could be measured.

Developed and maintained risk registers to help document and manage project risk for the qualification project of a new product line.
