Assistant Property Manager
Current- Conduct annual reexamination and interims of tenants to determine any income or family changes that affects rent status.
- Collect, process, and report rents, security deposits and other money due to the Housing Authority or property.
- Maintain procedures for reporting calls for services from tenants and conduct inspection of apartments and grounds.
- Meet with residents individually to explain policies, rules and regulations of the property and rent calculations.
- Interview, supervise and train new subordinate housing authority personnel.
- Prepare various correspondence, eviction letters and follow through on eviction proceedings.
