CurrentBuild product-level P&Ls to help improve margins and provide strategic recommendations to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to grow revenues. Refine the monthly Budget vs. Actuals (BvAs) distributed materials to drive thoughtful discussion around cost savings strategies with department leaders. Use visualization tools to create live P&Ls that will allow stakeholders to have clear visibility into their P&L impacts and drive action. Create country-level P&Ls using Adaptive to capture the financial implications of ESO’s geo expansion strategy. Oversee all cadenced key stakeholder communications, including Board of Directors presentations and investor updates. Support ad hoc projects by collecting and analyzing data, creating meaningful strategic recommendations, and communicating them concisely to the broader leadership team.
