As the director of Zenith Electrical Solutions my role is that of the Business Developer. This involves overseeing the day to day operations of the business and making improvements to the way we carry out our processes including maintaining a compliant and safe working environment for our team and our clients. I also carry out project tender submissions which can also include consultation meetings to create electrical designs that meet compliance along with our clients requirements and budgets. Once projects are underway I also have regular management meetings with our project supervisor to ensure that our projects are being completed on time, on budget & hassle free for all involved.My role also involves staying in touch with our clients on a regular basis to strengthen these relationships and the carrying out of regular marketing and keep in touch programs with our target market which ensures the business is always active and continually growing.
