Hi, I was born in the OC area and I am Chinese American. My college life started at the junior college of Irvine Valley College. While at IVC I thought I wanted to be a business major but decided that was not for me. I changed to communications to better understand communication between people and I enjoy talking to people. I have an AA in communications and transfer to CSULB to get my BA. At CSULB this is my second semester and I really enjoy the CSULB environment. I am very open to self-growth. I really want to explore social media, journalism, and real estate. Currently, I have a real estate license but open to new opportunities in any of the fields mentioned above. I demonstrate perseverance, reliable, leadership, and motivated. I see myself exemplifying these traits in everyday activities and at my work. I demonstrate perseverance at work when we are low staff and I have to take on more responsibilities and work as diligently as possible. I demonstrate being reliable by being on time for work and being on time for everything I do. I demonstrate my leadership skills at work. I am a shift lead and I delegate while making sure everyone is on task and doing the job correctly. When it is my shift I try to lead by example and promote a hard-working atmosphere while respecting everyone. I demonstrate motivation by going to college and doing my work on time while trying my best at everything.
