As an inventor, I try to stay on top of the latest technology trends in various markets and continually look for new ways to use that technology to improve life's experiences. Tinkering with hardware and employing software to maximize its use are some of my favorite endeavors. Designing software and hardware solutions to efficiently test complex optical telecommunications equipment as part of a team has been extremely rewarding for me. Infinera has provided me with a collaborative environment that fosters creative thinking that results in tangible progress. The TOM-CAT, iTomCat and orthotic corrections software are technologies I developed while with SOLO Laboratories that have expanded their use into other labs. As digital scanning systems, the TOM-CAT and iTomCat hardware and software solutions have simplified the lives of medical professionals. The proprietary orthotic corrections software gives labs the advantage of having a specialized CAD system to efficiently produce custom designs from prescriptions for milling or 3D printing.
