As Project Manager, I work directly with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and City staff to ensure the best quality product to meet deadlines and budget. The scale of projects ranges from small retail building renovations with tenant improvements to ground up 250+ multi-family apartment complexes. Provide support ownership and upper management, project organization and administration and address other items as they arise. Preconstruction responsibilities include coordinating design charrettes with owners and designers, analyze and update proformas, lead preconstruction design meetings, review contractor bids and facilitate the permit process. Additionally, responsibilities during construction include attending OAC meetings, reviewing pay apps and change orders, budgeting, procurement, delivery coordination of fixtures, finishes and equipment, coordinating local utilities, and aligning marketing materials with project updates.

My responsibilities include drafting concept plans and renderings, production level drafting utilizing AutoDesk Revit, and updating or creating new details to fit the projects to the new office standards and/or manufacturer specifications as needed.
