I worked for R.T. Weatherman's foundation Ukraine Team, delivering humanitarian aid to meet critical needs around the country during the full scale invasion.We worked in three areas:We opened up multiple treatment pipelines between the Ukrainian medical system and European hospitals, allowing injured Ukrainian soldiers to be treated outside the country.We served as proxies and advocates for the families of deceased Ukrainian soldiers. For soldiers missing in action, we investigated open cases of missing soldiers at the front, eventually returning them to their families and repatriating their remains. We also built a legal assistance program for these families to claim benefits.We delivered millions of dollars worth of critical medical equipment and supplies to various hospitals in the country.

I joined Cepheid in June 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. There, I led a cross functional team whose job was to increase manufacturing capacity of the GenXpert Xpress CoV-2/Flu/RSV tests, which were extremely accurate and quick COVID tests used in hospitals and rapid testing centers.The GenXpert cartridge consisted of a PCR test inside a proprietary plastic cartridge inside which the test was run. Together, the team and I expanded the production of these cartridges by 13.8 million tests a month by building new plastics manufacturing lines at 4 suppliers (across 3 continents!). We did this all while maintaining regulatory compliance as outlined in 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.

-Operated satellite telecommunications services at Speedcast's Hauppauge, New York facility, ensuring 24/7 uptime for broadcast, internet, voice, disaster recovery, and machine to machine (M2M) services.-Directed troubleshooting actions to front line Customer Support Centers around the world for issues escalated to our Subject Matter Expert team, providing training, experience and guidance.-Wrote and drafted technical documentation in Microsoft Visio to aid in training and change management.

- Managed enlisted recruiting operations for the Marine Corps in New Jersey, supervising 14 different recruiting offices and over 60 recruiters throughout the state.- Directed daily prospecting efforts, lead generation and management, quantitative analysis, quality control, and administrative processing of applicants in order to create the next generation of Marines. - Defined organizational recruiting targets using statistical analysis. Established daily processing, prospecting and training objectives for recruiters, recruiting approximately 970 new Marines over the course of the Fiscal Year.- Developed and executed five recruiting campaigns. Refined processes in order to achieve a 15% lead to sale ratio.

- Led an 11 million dollar project whose goal was to develop a comprehensive telecommunications solution for a 2,200 member organization during a 4 month deployment at sea. - Directed a 60 member cross functional project staff consisting of satellite transmission experts, network and system administrators, ground radio experts, and electronic equipment maintainers -- a combined payroll of over 3 million dollars.- Oversaw the development and deployment of multiple solution iterations during a 3 month prototyping phase and a subsequent 1 month deployment phase. - Implemented schedule and work tracking, communicating progress with over 60 stakeholders.- Upon completion of project, transitioned to IT operations role and oversaw help desk and end user support for a 150 member executive staff.

-Managed multiple projects to build scalable custom expeditionary IT infrastructures for military units in the Asia-Pacific region.-Trained and directed a 54 member cross functional team consisting of satellite transmission experts, network and system administrators, ground radio experts, and generator mechanics with a combined payroll of 2 million dollars.-Project scale ranged from 20 users to over 200, with values up to $20 million dollars.
