I am the founding owner and Chief Acquisitions Officer of redT Homes in Denver, Colorado. My real estate career began in 2003 with the purchase of a single home and the intention to renovate it. By 2007, my first year as a full-time real estate broker, I managed 10 million dollars in sales and was the top agent at Sterling Real Estate Group. Success continued over the next several years reaching more than 20 million in sales, annually, by 2011.In 2014, I launched redT Homes after three years of developing and selling new construction homes in the Denver Metro Area. From single-family homes to duplexes, townhomes, to condo and apartment communities, I have experience helping developers sell their projects with efficiency. I’ve overseen the entitlement of more than 50 development deals, including more than 1,176 residential units and some commercial development as well. With infill sales totaling more than $579,000,000 and the completion of over 1,300 transactions, along with our wide range of services, redT Homes is positioned as the best resource available in Denver for selling and/or consulting when it comes to for sale development. My experience has given me the capacity to lead a respected team with a breadth of experience not only in selling new construction but also in investing, acquisitions, development, construction, architecture and design, capital placement, and property management. redT has earned a valuable reputation for excellence in the sale and lease-up of new infill construction, and we have saved our developer clients approximately $6.71MM along the way through budget assistance, GC buyout, value engineering, and more.As redT has continued to grow, our services have broadened, and our focus has begun to consider the impact of construction on our communities and our environment. We have some impressive projects in the works, including but not limited to, our new energy-efficient, LEED Certified, single-family LiteHomes.
