This includes: tracking status of all activities/tasks relating to the transition process: keeping transition project summaries current; conducting team calls to keep departments current with timelines, issues, or deadlines; maintaining transparency during the process of any identifiable issue that could adversely impact the targeted timelines; assessing and communicating any significant changes to the team.

I developed and assessed compensation models for providers (production based, salary based, and value-based). I prepared Monthly Operations Reports (MORs) for financial monitoring of market performance, and assisted with the consolidation of financial reporting. I routinely reviewed P&L and Income Statements, isolating key performance measures identifying operational opportunities. I was also a Post-Acute Care Program Committee participant.
