I started off in the mortgage and banking business at the early age of 19 as a loan officer. Since that time, I have held positions of National Marketing Director and VP of Corporate Development for one of the largest lending institutions in America. I then moved onto commercial banking and private equity, all to find myself leaving my banking job in the midst of the recession to start a business in a market I knew nothing about at the time: church real estate and finance. While that doesn't seem like something a smart person would do, I've enjoyed every second of it. Since that time I've been able to work with leaders all over the country in helping them realize their dreams of expansion, without sacrificing their culture or mission. Ministry Solutions is a financial consulting and project management firm. We manage and fund approximately $200M+ annually in church construction projects, including mixed use developments for churches. In 2020, we started Executive Leadership Solutions, which is a company focused on equipping executive leaders for the Church of the Future. We focus on bringing leaders together with the top executives from the corporate world, including executives from Home Depot, Chick til A, Proctor and Gamble, Apple, Google, the Ritz Carlton, and more.
