- Oversee on warehouse's day-to-day operation including manage order processing, inventory, delivery and logistics processes.- To plan, execute, and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned goods.- Ensure stock accuracy and conduct cycle count. Monitor and control the returned and rejected goods from customer/ transporter are recorded promptly.- Monitor, coordinate and ensure that physical inventory reconcile with system record and to carry out investigation should there be any stock discrepancy.- Ensure stock movement is constantly updated in the system.- Implement, maintain and instil cost efficiency concept throughout Warehouse Department.- Drive operations & warehousing efficiencies to maximize output and reducing operation cost without compromising on service quality.- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.- Recommend ad-hoc warehouse services to clients.
