I teach a lecture- and experiential-based B Corp class within the University of Georgia's Full-Time MBA program. In addition to helping students gain relevant experience consulting businesses (and helping those companies certify as B Corps), I also give them the tools to be change makers when they graduate and re-enter the business world.

Social impact advisor for the 2022 social impact cohort.

-Developed and implemented annual impact reporting and metrics. -Plan, oversee, and write all CSR related marketing content. -Develop annual and rolling strategic initiatives that align with our mission and overall brand. -Led initial B Corp certification and recertification, and oversee all things B Corp and CSR. -Form strategic partnerships to bolster commitment to CSR and develop new business development opportunities.-Planned the first ever BLD Southeast Conference in 2020, bringing together 190+ B Corps from DC to Texas.

-Managed evolution of operations functions in a rapid growth environment, facilitating collaboration between teams and departments, and communicating needed process changes to executive leadership.-Reduced accounting/invoicing slippage from 2% to 0% by designing a new invoicing system and implementing weekly and monthly audit processes.-Helped revamp and streamline onboarding process for new hires.-Successfully oversaw B Corp certification process and required policy changes.-Building a long-term partnership with the UGA MBA program to give students hands-on, experiential learning opportunities.-Strategize summer undergrad and MBA interns and on-campus recruiting efforts, as well as ongoing student-led, semester-long projects.

Market Research, Vertical Segmentation, Competitive Landscape Analysis and Brand Positioning

I worked with two other graduate students on a new partnership between UGA's Graduate Schools and the Athens-Clarke County Economic Business Development Foundation. Our team's final deliverable was a plan for a mixed-use facility that included shared workspace, startup support (including wet lab space), and retail store-fronts.

Assisting with business related consulting projects for community partners throughout Georgia.

Worked with Uber to successfully launch the Athens market, starting as the original Athens driver partner during my sabbatical year and transitioning into other roles. I ran the local driver partner recruiting program and partner support operations, as well as helping with competitive analysis and research.

Working on several research and analytical initiatives, including the study of remote and hybrid sales teams and what makes some of them fail and others successful.

All things sales and marketing for DACH market.

Built relationships with rental branches and credit unions to drive referral business to Enterprise's Car Sales division.

Opened a new operation for JBS, implementing processes and procedures and overseeing staffing and resource allocation. Grew the operation by 33%. Customer service, logistics, account management, employee acquisition, training and retention, P&L management.

Managed operations for our dedicated account in Northeast Georgia (Athens, Elberton and Gainesville). Built relationships to retain and grow business, as well as effectively plan and manage resources to assist our account with on-time delivery and cost savings.

Worked with a partner to draft a business plan and raise initial funding for an education software start-up.

Consulting and sales hybrid role. I worked with C-level executives to analyze their fleet process and total spend, design a solution, and help them implement and transition into it.

Worked at and then managed several Enterprise branches, winning numerous sales awards, topping the state of Nevada in customer service scores, and helping numerous employees get promoted to management positions.

I started as a fleet manager for trucks running throughout the east coast. I learned the business quickly and was promoted a year later to oversee the entire operation. Managing 60 trucks operating in 7 states and a $13m P&L was a great learning experience in logistics, account management, cost savings, employee development, and hard work. I am very grateful to this day for the opportunity presented me by K&B.
