I oversee 8 states and help coordinate rail containers and purchased transportation vans throughout the Fedex network. Job duties include; freight planning, logistical and analytical management, business development with partner carriers and rail yards, and daily operational coordination.

Front line supervisor for all dock operations at the Kansas City facility. Job duties included; coordination of daily LTL routes within Fedex network, employee management, new hire education and training, analytical reporting and dispatching.

Sold and provided customer care for customers who move LTL and FTL freight and brought on customers to utilize our freight services over competitors. Job duties include account retention, new client acquisition and custom full service solutions. I have worn many hats and performed many specific job tasks which are not limited to the sales side of the business model. Other duties performed include but are not limited to: tracking, tracing, collections, shipping analytics and quoting, new hire training, carrier and customer communication/negotiation and account managing.
