Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager; this position had 4 direct shift manager reports, an operations management team of 20 and workforce of over 600 team members. The Distribution Centre was 77,000sqm and included automation (GTP,PBL), manual pick/pack and cross-docking operations.Key achievements included:*Safely leading and managing the warehousing and transport operations for 2100 weekly store orders of 1.5 million cartons to maintain a 99.2% DIFOT*Eastern Creek NDC winning the Coles National DC of the Year in 2018*Consistent operational labour underspend across a $50mil+ annual labour budget

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager; this position was responsible for all planning activities involved in delivering 1.5million cartons per week across 2100 store deliveries by a workforce of over 600 team members. Key achievements included:*Planned and managed a $50mil annual labour budget in line with P&L and service expectations*Developed and managed operational and transport (both local and interstate) plans for 700 retail locations across 3 states*Led and supported various CI projects that led to - $10mil annual transport savings; 12% reductions in weekly REM spend; 13,000 days annual lead time reduction

The key responsibilities of this position included the management of the roster needs of the 21 retail outlets and 110 staff within the area. In addition to this I managed 3 stores and 22 team members to ensure both were achieving sales and operational KPI's. I was also part of a team which had the responsibility of identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the roster and in turn maximising store sales.
