Lincoln Investment is a broker-dealer supporting >1k financial advisors nationwide representing >$50 B in assets. I joined Lincoln as Head of Advisory Software when they acquired the SaaS platform of Hanlon Investment Management in 2020, and became CTO in 2021.Our initial work focused on rolling out the acquired SaaS to Lincoln's internal advisors. As CTO I managed our technology team and $25M budget, with our largest project effort being a comprehensive digital transformation (AI and Computer Vision solutions, cloud, DevOps tooling, etc.). I also guided delivery of a new asset management platform and an API platform, led an Agile implementation and SAFe rollout, and oversaw a large cybersecurity and infrastructure initiative.

Hanlon provides innovative asset management, services, and fintech product solutions. In this role I held full P&L responsibility for a 75+ member organization with eight divisions and a $12M budget.While in this role I developed the product concept and led delivery for Hanlon Wealth Platform (HWP), a SaaS for financial advisors that features a CRM, portfolio accounting, reporting, trading, financial planning, and client portals. The platform supported 3k advisors and 150k accounts with $20B + in AUM. In 2020 I played a key role in packaging HWP for sale in the fintech market, and worked with investment bankers and private equity as HWP was sold to Lincoln Investment Planning.In addition to my project work, I contributed to M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration of several tech and financial services firm. I also established Hanlon's PMO and led the Agile implementation.

Founded in 2001, Interactive Advisory Software (IAS) provided the only fully integrated, web-based SaaS as a comprehensive wealth management solution for financial representatives, RIAs and Broker/Dealers. The solution combined daily download, consolidation and reconciliation of client accounts from thousands of sources with portfolio accounting, extensive reporting, portfolio rebalancing, financial planning, CRM, and client portals all from a single application.In 2012 I was named to serve as CEO of IAS after Hanlon's acquisition, holding full P&L responsibility for IAS in parallel to my duties as CIO of Hanlon. I led our product strategy and development efforts for merging the IAS software assets with Hanlon software to build a robust managed accounts platform product.

Omicron Consulting was an IT consulting firm focused on Microsoft technology. In this role I was tasked with rebuilding the company from the ground-up after an acquisition that resulted in the loss of all staff and supporting infrastructure. I partnered with the CEO to develop and execute launch and growth plans, and led hire and training of 45 new team members including development staff, practice and project managers, sales and marketing teams, technical operations, product, and partner relations.We built the practice to $8M in our first year of operations.

I was promoted to re-engineer and develop the pivot strategy as Omicron transitioned from a generalist technology consulting practice to a focus on Microsoft services, and we grew annual revenue from $1M to $7M+. In this role I built a packaged service to enable Microsoft platform adoption, with the service accounting for $3M in new revenues. Omicron received the 2007 Partner of the Year award from Microsoft, and I was given the 2006 Marketing Excellence Award for creating and presenting a new marketing series to 1,500+ attendees annually that led to millions in new revenue.

As a product manager I led delivery of five new products that generated $5.5M in revenue.
