My experience includes leading business teams in system implementations of large on-premise systems, as well as software sales support – managing cloud-based containerized environments and leading client-facing demonstrations of software. Since 2006 I have worked in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry. Throughout my career, I have frequently served as the liaison between business knowledge holders and technical teams. I enjoy helping disparate teams build consensus and understanding. I also enjoy learning technical details while solving business problems.
