I provide advice on commercial arrangements and contracts, with particular experience in respect of Information Communications Technology (“ICT”) and data protection. I advise clients looking to enter into new trading arrangements or looking to further develop existing relationships. I provide cost effective, commercial advice and services to local authorities and other public sector bodies, PLCs, SMEs and entrepreneurs. I am regularly engaged on secondments, and like to take a practical approach to the advice and services I provide. I enjoy talking about my areas of interest and presenting on topics such as data protection, the main issues in contracts and tech developments, whether this is to clients, in-house lawyers or tech groups.
