Coordinate grant development for $150 million dollar school system serving 21,000 students resulting in $11 million dollars in applications and $7.7 million dollars used to fund professional development, new student enrichment programs, and school improvement initiatives which helped to move Washington County into the top five school systems in Maryland. Position responsibilities include: project management, grant and program development, budget creation and management, and provide grant and program development training for system employees.Develop and lead a Maryland State Department of Education accredited Grant Writing course for teachers, administrators and community members as part of the Center for Peak Performance using both online and traditional teaching environments. The five or ten week course is taught twice a year.
