I am currently a Senior Cloud Engineer at Synfo, a new and evolving MSP based in Melbourne. Throughout my years of employment I have had a chance to dabble in a very broud range of IT services, ranging from website hosting, mail filtering systems, DNS management and more. I have had great exposure to a range of different environments with experience in managing a multitude of unique and complex networks.Before my employment at Dolphin Intergration I undertook studies at Box Hill Institute with the support of a scholarship from The Smith Family. Throughout my first year I completed a Certificate IV in Information Technology whilst volunteering a lot of my time at the Institute's Help Desk to gain experience. I went on to complete a Double Diploma of Information Technology in Networking & System's Administration averaging a distinction.I am an active learner, I will always strive to jump in and assist wherever it is possibly. I am constantly pushing myself to gain further qualification and expand my skillset. I relish a good challenge and cope well in difficult situations.
