Bearded husband, dad, and man of Faith. Opinions are my own. I love to write. HISTORY: Born and raised in the rolling foothills of the Ozarks, I have called Fayetteville my home all my life. At an early age, I learned that peace, for me, was in the quiet solitude of the forest. An FHS alum (go purple dogs!) I decided to cross the street and discovered Razorback red suited me just fine. I had my name carved into the sidewalk at the University of Arkansas after studying Mass Comm and Psych. Along the way, I picked up a basement job at KNWA (NBC affiliate). I spent 16 fantastic years there (and added FOX24 News). Nine of those years were in the role of News Director. In 2016, I decided to set aside one successful career and pursue an entirely different one. I started my new path at Tyson Foods as an Associate Product Manager in the Raw Poultry division and from there moved over to Tyson Foodservice where I spent several years on the K-12 team as a Channel Development Manager before moving to the Digital Customer Experience team as a Digital Program Manager. From there I expanded my role to Sr. Manager, Digital Customer Experience, where I lead a team of incredibly talented digital communications specialists. Now, I've crossed the aisle to focus on Content that provides solutions to our customers while charting new frontiers for Tyson Foodservice.FAMILY: I'm married to the love of my life, Meredith. She amazes me with her tenacity, compassion, and thoughtfulness. She inspires me to be better. I tell her very often, "I sure am glad we're married".We have two beautiful daughters, Adelaide and Antonia. I am completely wrapped around their little fingers. My happy place is spending time with all my girls on our homestead we've named Richland Cottage.
