I retired as the Chief Human Resource Leader at Bristol Bay Native Corporation In Anchorage Alaska in May, 2013. I have moved to Santa Fe New Mexico and will be here for the winter months until I move to my retirement home in Boothbay Harbor Maine for the summer. I worked for many years as a senior human resources executive with experience in Fortune 50 companies and small start-up/emerging companies. I worked at the VP/SVP level for 4 medium/large publicly traded corporations and began my HR career with Pepsico/Frito-Lay and Kraft Foods. My most recent position was the the Chief HR Officer for the 2th largest non-public corporation in Alaska at $2.1B in revenue-4,000 employees worldwide. Prior to Bristol Bay, my consulting business, SunRise Partners LLC, was formed as an HR consultancy to emerging and start-up businesses. HR consulting clients included companies in the following industries: International Telecom, Maritime Insurance, Real Estate/Construction, Beauty/Salon, Pharmaceutical, Non-Profit, Municipal Government, and High Tech Software. I am now enjoying retirement and starting up my consulting business, SunRise Partners, LLC.I have extensive experience in establishing Human Resource Departments, researching and selecting cost effective benefit plans and implementing the plans. Experience in setting up and managing 401k and 401a (profit sharing) retirement accounts.
