It Specialist - Projects And Data Analysis
CurrentResponsible to analyze data and provide reports and dashboards to other team members. Assist with project management for both IT and companywide projects. Works with the IT Team to support the daily operations of the internal systems to ensure uptime availability and changing business needs of the system.Fulfilled Duties and Responsibilities:-Process helpdesk requests related to your responsibilities-Design and create KPI dashboards and reports-Manage BI / report access to ensure that users are using the report with the relevant criteria for their purpose-Assist with project execution: project management, user requirements, training, documenation and development, rollout-Assist with companywide special projects (gather data, investigate, prepare budget, create team, design, test, document and provide status updates-Ensure overnight job processing Syspro and SQL completion-Create and maintain ERP documents using Syspro Crystal Reporting-Assist with annual budget uploads-Market evaluations - opportunities, trends, sales visions-Create and maintain User training manuals / videos-Provide training to new staff in the use of systems and applications-Provide training to all staff on new systems or programs-Azure Data warehouse ETL support and maintenance
