• As the squadron TOPGUN graduate, standardized the entire FA-18 syllabus on the east coast, supplying an updated training plan for over 500 FA-18 pilots at a cost of over $400 million dollars.• Led a team of 65 tactics experts and Instructors to facilitate a syllabus for over 200 pilots per year, while encouraging expressive thought and improvement to the syllabus as the team-lead. Allowing for constant evaluation and feedback on the syllabus, created a final training that was objectively qualified and provided the most highly trained pilots for the Navy.• Rewrote over 300 detailed instructional documents and syllabus events and led a team of 10 highly trained professionals to create an objective and milestone-based syllabus• Directed a team of hand-picked instructors in the standardization of FA-18 instruction for the entire country of FA-18 bases. Briefed Navy leaders, including previous acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy Thomas Modly, on the newly devised syllabus.• Facilitated discussions and implemented high-level focus groups on the best means of furthering FA-18 performance and instruction for the current, along with upcoming, software developments.
