I am a B2B SaaS Go-to-Market leader with 15 years of experience driving new revenue, building software products and leading high performing teams. CURRENT FULL-TIME ROLEI lead Product Partnerships at Ontra.ai, the market leader in AI-powered legal contract automation for the private markets.ADVISORY SERVICESIn addition to my full-time role at Ontra.ai, I advise a select number of Series A-B technology startups in the B2B SaaS space. I work with companies that have strong founders, clear product-market fit, and existing revenue between $500K-$10M ARR. My goal is to help teams scale their revenue to $50M+ ARR. To accomplish this, I focus on improvements to the full sales engine: inbound/outbound lead generation, AI-powered sales automation, discovery call optimization, deal lifecycle management, closing, team incentive structuring, rep productivity, rep coaching and overall team leadership.PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDI began my career in management consulting before joining a seed stage edtech startup called Ready4 (acquired). At Ready4 I led Product, then Sales, and later helped our CEO raise a $5M Series-A round; I was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer before a successful exit to TAL Education Group. In 2017 I attended MIT Sloan for my MBA. After Sloan, I gained deep expertise in scaling a successful B2B SaaS company at HubSpot. During my tenure, HubSpot scaled revenue from ~$250M ARR to ~$1B ARR. I held a variety of roles within HubSpot’s executive leadership program, including Business Development, Sales Ops, Product Management, and Product Partnerships. I was then recruited to lead Product Partnerships at BuilderTrend, the market leader in residential construction management software.After Buildertrend, I founded a consumer social startup called KIN. My team and I aimed to create a new friendship matching app - we successfully raised angel funding, built a prototype and tested consumer demand over 6 months. Ultimately we found insufficient consumer willingness to pay, and decided to shut down operations and return capital to investors. I learned a lot from the experience. PERSONAL BACKGROUNDI am originally from Boston, MA and now live in Venice Beach, CA. I enjoy staying active through tennis, beach volleyball and attempting to graduate from my white belt in Jiu Jitsu.
