Implement updated player Direct Marketing strategy.Build out Email Marketing datamart, allowing easy reporting on email campaign performance.Spec out CRM requirements for casino marketing and assist in implementation.Build out ETL / integration work between LMS (iSeries based property management system) and a proprietary casino booking engine, generating over $1m in additional booking revenue annually.Build out database model for player lifecycle marketing.

Work alongside end users to define requirements for reports and Cognos frameworks. Work with a variety of data sources (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2/400) developing Cognos frameworks over OLTP and OLAP systems. ETL development and maintenance using SSIS. Administration of a multi-tiered Cognos installation with hundreds of active users. Develop reports meeting end user requirements for information content and appearance. Assist with user instruction in all aspects of Cognos (Report Studio, Query Studio, Connection, etc.).

Staffing optimization. Extensive work with Cognos and other associated BI and reporting tools. Project management (LMS upgrade, Automated Valet, safety reporting).

Work with group contacts from the point of contract signing through group departure. Arrange for group billing and work with group contacts to understand their reports. Create numerous ShowCase reports and additional reports for metrics and analysis.

Assist at the desk with checking in and checking out guests and assist with command-center operations as necessary. Work with group contacts in a high visibility position to ensure that their group’s stay is flawless. Assist with ShowCase reports, Excel reports and spreadsheets and other computer related issues.
