I’m a designer with over 20 years of experience in using human-centered design to drive innovation in businesses, digital products, and services. I've worked across financial services, consumer, retail and telecommunications. Today I lead BCG's ANZ Design Chapter, where I'm responsible for defining and nurturing the company's design capability. In this role, I work with leading companies in both Australia and the Asia Pacific region in developing new businesses and capabilities.Over my time I've been able to gain experience and knowledge in:- Product Design: I work to make products easier to discover and use, while keeping user privacy in mind.- Strategic Design: I work collaboratively with exec. teams to create long-term plans for products and organisations.- Research and Innovation: I’ve helped develop new research and design methods, launching new businesses and enterprise capabilities.- Acquisition and Growth: I develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and monetisation.- Brand Leadership: Creating compelling stories that connect company vision to brand identity and product offerings- Value Creation: Leading explorations to find product-market fit through rapid, iterative design processes.
