As CDP’s Head of Sustainable Business, I lead CDP’s strategic agenda and thought leadership across key issue areas including Sustainable Finance, Sustainable Procurement, Plastics, Waste, and SME’s.

I lead the sustainable Supply Chain team in the UK at CDP, helping companies tackle the problem of Scope 3 emissions through collaborative engagement with their supply chain.

I managed the Reporter Services team at CDP for the UK and Worldwide region and worked with global multinationals to accelerate CDP's mission to drive transparency and transformation through disclosure on their climate, water, and forest related impacts. We seek to limit climate change, improve water stewardship, and ban deforestation from direct corporate business practices.I supported a team of account managers delivering expert advice to corporations on how to improve their environmental performance and drive best practice.I lead our strategy development for the region, including our sales strategy to drive more companies to disclose more effectively, identifying ways to drive corporations to deeper and more meaningful action on climate, forests, and water related issues.

Acted as the client manager for a portfolio of partnerships, guiding their student recruitment activity and advising on approaches and responses to socio-economic factors, particularly Brexit and COVID-19 response.Responsible for successful delivery of contract and managing client relationships through detailed reporting and analysis, including weekly reports, updating client dashboards and monthly presentations.Managed teams of various sizes, from close-knit teams of 3 staff members up to having responsibility for 15 more junior staff members, including two Senior Advisors.My responsibilities in supporting these teams included providing full training, assigning priorities, maintaining data cleanliness and performing KPI checks to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high level of quality.

This was predominantly a sales role involving contacting students via phone or at events to advise on suitability for, an Online MBA programme and to help guide them towards applying.Worked closely with the Client Relationship Manager to assist their role, with management responsibilities including directing the team’s weekly focus, preparation of weekly reports, and presenting analysis at monthly client meetings.

Responsible for engaging students via the phone, email or live chat to ascertain their interest in attending a university, and to help guide them through that decision making process.

Coordinated a graduate recruitment project, acting as the first point of contact for the partner universities to ensure all parties were equally engaged and satisfied with the level of service provided to them.
