Club is building a self-driving car for the AutoDrive Challenge sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers. Object Detection team is responsible for detecting obstacles and determining appropriate response and relaying it to the hardware via the System team.

Club conducts team projects to enhance electronics knowledge and experience, especially Arduino circuits and programming.

● Played a vital role supporting engineering projects for international clients in the footwear, food, and arts/crafts industries. Provided on-site and remote support to upgrade control systems (i.e. hardware and software) for improved manufacturing efficiency.● Completed advanced training in electrical systems and software, including a certification in the Ignition SCADA application, and applied these skills to successfully complete electrical and software projects to benefit MDI clients.● Executed firmware updates for 50 VFDs and 2 HMIs and redesigned a FactoryTalk GUI ensuring integration with new hardware to help client meet current industry standards.● Expedited completion (25% early) of a firmware and HMI update, which enabled me to provide additional support to the team translating and updating PLC processor code using Studio 5000 Ladder Logic on a virtual machine.● Traveled to client warehouse/manufacturing facilities and worked to complete installation and rigorous testing of hardware and software. Worked autonomously to overcome challenges with obsolete and foreign-language program code to ensure system functionality and compliance.

Welcomed golfers and provided customer service during their visit. Responsible for cleanliness of golf carts and clubs.

Delivered food orders to customers in Montgomery County which enhanced time management and customer service.

Developed grit and perseverance when shoveling snow at retirement home complexes during the night so they had access by morning. Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail which allowed me to earn additional work opportunities.

Developed and managed project plans for timelines, communication, training, data transfer, and implementation. Re-organized data for contacts, contracts, employees, and clients when the company switched to a new software platform.

Umpired Little League ball for children aged 8 to 11. Learned self-confidence, quick decision-making, and relationship building with coaches.
