At U.S. Bank I worked within the Customer Experience Office with two other interns working on Student Union, U.S. Bank's financial literacy program for students, and evaluated the student banking experience. Throughout the summer we completed a competitive analysis, developed solutions to improve Student Union and the student banking experience. At the end of the internship we presented our project proposal to a wide variety of upper management executives. As a Guest Service Representative I was responsible for servicing customers and tenants with any type of assistance they requested while at the mall. I often encountered disgruntled customers and would resolve conflicts between customers and retailers. In addition, I sold products for the mall to help reach our sales goals for the year.
