I am an investigator at heart; leading teams to solve the unsolved.My lifelong passion has been the investigation and resolution of complex and often perplexing mysteries. For more than the last decade of my career those mysteries have been in the retail industry. My expertise has been in organized retail crime; but I’ve investigated everything from larceny and fraud to burglary and robbery. Lately I’m best known for training, building teams that people want to be on and stay on, and collaborating with private and public agencies.
