Simplification equates to lowered costs and maximized learning effectivenessDesigns and implements learning strategies, managed training programs, and develops employees’ skills and knowledge within an organization (individuals, groups, departments, and organization wide)Supported, developed training products, and taught Workday before and after it was implemented across the organizationLeads the Training Team in the evaluation of training requirements/needs in the areas of Safety/Environmental and Health, On The Job Training (OJT)/Manufacturing, Department/Plant Specific, and Soft Skills/E-learning TrainingCoordinates the collection of information/communications with HR Training Team members and each facility and various inputs from Facility Designees, Plant Manager, and Department ManagersLeads the training of high quality, professional programs and the development of new training and related training materials that support outcomes and the achievement of intended resultsSpearheads the procurement of training funds/grants provided through county, state or federal agenciesDevelops and maintains the annual Corporate Training PlanSupports on the job trainer developmentAudits OJT training activities at the PA Manufacturing facilitiesCoordinates/documents/tracks the on the job training system, PLP and Material Lead OJT SystemsLeads research and hiring of outside training programs/services including E-Learning opportunitiesLeads various training administration including the scheduling of training, maintenance of training records/documentation to assure QS/TS and legal complianceMaintains a consistent new employee orientation at all assigned facilities (salaried and hourly)Leads training record automation efforts and activities
