Formula SAE Senior Design ProjectGoal: Develop data acquisition system to record and track live aerodynamic effects. Incorporate the system into each airfoil element with in the aero. Test and analyze aerodynamic effects and conclude results for progression in aerodynamic design for future cars.Role: Electrical Lead (Senior Design team)Task: - Design & manufacture PCB with Honeywell ABP pressure sensors to incorporate into Motec L180 data logger for pressure data analysis.- Create a test plan for verification of sensor/ system resolution and accuracy for pressure data- Create/ perform test scenarios by prototyping the full electrical system using a sub-sonic wind tunnel- Work with FSAE Electrical lead to incorporate the Senor Design system into the data logging system of the main vehicle harness- Assist with main engine and data logging harness design and manufacturing

- Greet guests in a timely and professional manner- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and be able to make recommendations- Accurately take beverage orders from guests in a timely manner at the bar and cocktail area- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar- Assist in placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies as need- Conduct inventory of all liquor and bar related supplies when necessary

• Operate/Setup laser machines for 3D laser metal deposition for unique customer requested builds• Manage Laser welding process of machines performing as needed maintenance to ensure proper build profile• Metallurgical material prep and analysis for customer R&D of different materials in welding deposition• Manufacturing laser machines following engineering design prints and drawings
