As a KCOM Technical Support specialist, my primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues with KCOM products or services. My role involves troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing software and hardware problems, and providing solutions to customers. I am also responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

As a volunteer graphic designer at Break the Mould, my primary responsibility is to create visually appealing designs that promote the organization's message and campaigns. I work closely with the marketing and communications team to understand the organization's goals and campaign objectives, and I use my design skills to develop eye-catching and impactful visuals that can be used across various channels to promote the organization's message.In addition to creating designs, I am responsible for ensuring that all designs meet brand guidelines and are consistent with the organization's messaging. I work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure that all designs are on brand and contribute to the overall success of the organization's campaigns.To be successful in this role, I use my robust design skills and experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. As a volunteer graphic designer, I can work independently and manage my time effectively to meet deadlines.
