I was involved in the formation of Supermoon, an application initially developed to meet our needs at GruffyGoat. Supermoon enhances client support, builds lasting customer relationships, and streamlines interactions, saving valuable time. I chose to leave the project to refocus my efforts on GruffyGoat, but I am excited about the team's continued.

• Founded BeSuperfly, a third party theme, layout, and plug-in store for Wordpress and Divi by Elegant Themes.

• Technical support contact for all Level One applications and products company-wide, both to internal employees and outside customers.
• Successfully took over all direct database SQL operations from Development for SQL level implementations and bug patches.
• Write custom SQL queries used for reporting by both internal sales and marketing teams as well as outside customers.
• UI designer, responsible for all new application designs and branding. Successfully redesigned agent interfaces as well as a new Senior UI, formerly housed in Salesforce.
• Successfully implemented a new Resident Support call center product (Fall 2011), used as a means to further enhance and expand our product offerings into the multifamily housing industry. Built from the ground up.

• Added as a member of the Level One Development team in 2007 to serve as the first point of contact for all applications and products company-wide.
• Designed and helped implement 30+ custom email templates used for marketing to prospective residents.
• Designed several UI's for custom web applications.
• Successfully implemented live chat as a new product medium.

• Helped launch a new Professional Services division, responsible for handling all customer interactions, support and implementation.
• Lead the first after hours night shift, created to address the call demand during Level One's rapid growth.
