Leading efforts to enhance brand awareness and marketing strategies for TPG Plastics and the GarageBoss brand. I managed a Graphic Artist Consultant to ensure all product artwork was current and accurate, and designed marketing displays and handouts for trade shows. I collaborated with community leaders to increase brand awareness and sourced building signage for a new production facility. I redesigned and launched tpgplastics.com and garageboss.com, negotiated the purchase of the garageboss.com domain, and increased social media followers by 300%. Additionally, I assisted the VP of Sales with sales pitches and content, attended trade shows to educate customers, and oversaw all artwork, labeling, product pictures, and marketing materials.

Leading the IT department across all locations, providing strategic vision and management. I facilitated the factory move from Willowbrook, IL to Murray, KY, built network infrastructure for a new plant, and relocated production servers with minimal downtime. I installed a cloud-based phone system, I migrated the CMS ERP system to a new IBM iSeries, transitioned a SAP ERP system to the AWS cloud, and deployed Manufacturing Execution and CMMS systems. I developed an integration tool for MES output, upgraded in-house programs, created an annual customer survey, and deployed a cloud-based camera system. Filling in business gaps as needed I supported HR functions like payroll and compliance.
