* Successfully developed a complex fabrication process for a state-of-the-art MEMS gyroscope in the challenging environments of 4 different academic microfabrication labs.* Mastered and quantified many unfamiliar fabrication processes to build this MEMS device. * Successfully developed a sputtered lift-off process for a getter material > 1.5um thick by tuning the process to avoid thermal and intrinsic film stresses that would have been fatal.* Initiated account-setup at all the university labs ahead of time to allow a seamless workflow.
