My day to day role as a renewals coordinator is to contact landlords and tenants regarding the renewal ofthere soon to end tenancy. To advise both tenant and landlord of the best option of a fixed term tenancy andto negotiate the best terms and rent for both parties. Also drawing up and sending out tenancy agreementsand all legal documentation to complete the process.I've developed many new skills with in this role, knowledge of the real estate industry/market, improved mynegotiating skills and objective handling, improved my computer skills, just to mention a few.Applying these new skills I have excelled past my and managements expectations being new to the role.
