Management of a Consultants team deploying & integrating Doctolib solutions :- to Hospitals IT systems & softwares,- according to Health specialist needs (large panel)- conducting Change Management to Health specialits & administrative staff (communication, training, support for launch day)

Hospital Interoperability Deployment Team :- managing the technical part of several deployment projects in French hospitals through Doctolib’s standard API - HL7 V2 or FHIR data exchange standards - change management and pedagogy to help stakeholders understand the advantages of SaaS and the reliability of Doctolib - managing relationships with software editors and tackling challenges to convince them of the value of cooperating with Doctolib as the new player on the market- adapting the existing product to fit the very diverse situation of French hospitals and requirements of third party players- scoping, testing, validating new features needed for hospitals when there is no possible workaround, in cooperation with product and feature teams

Organise follow up & support of all France Vaccination Centers (up to 1800 centers on Doctolib >90% all french centers) in :- setting up our solution very quickly - training them initially then periodically- optimize their doses allocation and related slots offer online- adapt their settings according to change of Government directives - ensure through NPS enquiries their satisfaction levels Organise follow up & support of all ARS (Health Regional Agencies) vaccination cells especially on data topics for their doses allocations and centers availabilities supervision.Management of a 10 people team.
