As the Grand Jury Foreman, I was responsible for leading and presiding over the indictment process. My duties included: Communicating with the courthouse staff, providing access to the jury room, administrating oaths, interviewing witnesses, facilitating and leading the jury’s deliberations and voting, made sure that all the administrative functions were completed correctly, and proofed and signed indictments.

I was contracted to provide technical support to all CNET members who chose to use a software update detection and installation utility named TechTracker. Support was provided via e-mail and posting on the CNET support forums for customers using Macintosh and Windows systems.
