MPY certified trainers travel to where teams practice to provide high-performance, integrated mind & body training for any athlete in any sport. Endurance, core strength, flexibility and focus form the 4 pillars of our training sequence.MPY training sessions are designed to challenge the athlete with short bursts of high-intensity cardio exercises followed by breath & core work which lead into our yoga series.
