This Project Management role in the Customer Transformation Team was charged with all aspects of formal project management from planning and execution through to delivery. This role was placed within the Business Enablement team, part of the broader Customer Transformation Team. In this role, I worked in the End User Computing infrastructure team. This team is responsible for managing all end user devices in both Support Offices and Stores for all business units in Woolworths Limited. The project I managed was responsible for replacing all end of life hardware in the back offices of over 3000 stores.
