Before Gainwell, I spent over a decade at UnitedHealth Group and held leadership positions at OptumRx, Express Scripts, Deluxe, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. I’ve worked across many health plan functions, from medical and behavioral health to pharmacy benefits; contract negotiations to vendor and program management — always with a focus on value. I’m an energetic and influential leader with a passion for building momentum within teams, simplifying the complex, and delivering results that matter.
