• Performed film aging tests on nano-layered PC/PMMA polymer materials to determine physical properties such as strength and failure.• Created polymer brick samples with various material ratios and performed three-point bending tests to determine physical properties of each type. • Researched an introduction of robotics and conducted tests on an inertial GPS system.• Designed methods of producing a robot to travel around the ONU campus utilizing Matlab and Google Earth.

• Conducted fluid dynamics research on an invention from a local entrepreneur dealing with gutter systems.• Worked mostly with flow rate and pitch for a separator on a gutter system to prevent downspout debris build-up.• Consulted many engineering professors on the subject of fluid dynamics to further my understanding of the involved theory.• Documented and analyzed resultant data for Dean Eric Baumgartner to be documented for possible patenting.

• Develop skills using engineering applications such as AutoCAD and Autodesk • Conducted experiments dealing with heating, cooling, and lighting equipment and documented data into formal reports.• Researched new suppliers of products, thereby developing an understanding of marketing and engineering.• Participated in the SCOPE program, "Senior Career Options Practical Experience", which gave me professional insight to the aspects of an engineering career.
