I am currently the Business Development Manager at Penfold. From the start of my time at Penfold I have been creating connections and opportunities so that I can be the pension partner of choice for many, businesses, accountants, payroll bureaus & umbrella payroll firms. My role has consisted of prospecting and making new connections, creating opportunities over the phone, email and other platforms so that I can grow Penfold. Since the start of my journey here it's been a great success which has led to huge development. As well as connecting and partnering with some great firms along the way.

Sales and business development role for a new Workplace Pension Provider looking to disrupt the market. Clear Workplace Pensions offers a workplace pension which is free for businesses and has many added benefits for employees and employers. As well as this we use very advanced but easy to use systems making the whole process a lot easier whether that is extracting and uploading data from payroll to provider or switching schemes. My main responsibility here at Clear Workplace Pensions include building and maintaining relationships with Accountants, Independent Financial Advisers, Payroll Bureaus etc. My background in accounting practice and auto enrolment administration helps with building these relationships as I already have an insight to the industry and understand their world of work.In my time at Clear Workplace Pensions I have become an expert in everything regarding Auto Enrolment, from starting in an admin role, gathering and uploading data, dealing with member queries and helping accountants and companies with anything that stumped them with their pension scheme. I now make relationships with accountants, payroll bureaus, umbrella companies, recruitment agencies and company directors to improve their experience with workplace pensions, making sure the admin is as easy as possible, charges are as low as possible for the members and the performance from the provider up there with the best on the market.
